![]() America's election system is broken. The fix is in.
At least in the United States, the electoral system is chained in place by the two-party system. Third-party and independing candidates consistently face overwhelming legal and structural obstacles. Because of this, voters who don't favor the anointed major party candidates often face the "wasted vote" problem, whereby they prefer another candidate, or none of the above,, but knowing that no one outside of the two major party candidates has a realistic chance of winning, vote major party to keep the "lesser of two evils" out. This site aims to address this by giving alternative voters a place where they can coordinate their efforts. Through this site, two voters who would have otherwise cancelled each other out by voting for opposing major party candidates can instead choose to both vote third party, both not vote, or come up with whatever other arrangement they so choose. Simply come inside, find your location, post what kind of voter you are and what kind of voter you are looking for, and the two of you work it out from there. From all that we can tell, yes. There is no money or other financial renumeration exchanging hands for votes, which is what is illegal. If someone has any information to the contrary, please let us know. Well then, come inside and ask them! |
